I'm going to put in my thoughts of the games I'm playing and put up some creative ideas that I have or anything really. I'm changing the name to "Theory." December
For December I'm making a game plan to win the most amount of money I can. In order to do this I need a bigger bankroll. Time is on my side with no school and virtually 1 month of absolute free time. With ample amount of time I can put in a large amount of volume.
My game plan for the month is to reduce variance as much as possible and put in a large amount of volume which will 1. earn me the most money (in my opinion) and 2. give me a sense of "guaranteed" money, which is something which i tend to value especially when money is tight.
To do this I'm going to be mass playing the sng's. These should pad my total online bank roll and allow me to build up a bankroll on GR88 (25nl rakeback+ bonuses). My biggest month from sng's ever was around 1500$ from profits purely. If I can make this happen again, then I'm more than satisfied.
I project to play around 1k sng's (4.40 180's, 3$'s-10's 27/18's)
I'll also probably play around 50k hands of cash anywhere from 25nl 50bb-100bb to 50nl 50bb or 100bb-100nl (broll dependant)

Dynamics of a crazy guy.
Dynamics of a crazy guy:
Sitting down with a tricky/spew/bad player. There's dynamics there. There are times when you think that there is a % of the time where villain is spewing. I call it "X" frequency. You think it can be high so you call a crazy over bet with Tp or Mp or w.e. There are times when that "x" frequency is NOT high, and villain will be bluffing less than the average player. When he just shows a bluff, i don't think that "x" frequency of him spewing increases, I think that it decreases.
Once villain that's possible of spewing loses a big pot, that "x" frequency remains the same for some, and even increases for some. Most of the time it seems to be increasing.
Now, there are the players who once they double up, their "x" frequency of spewing goes to Nill, (0%). There are others who double up, and that "x" frequency goes higher or remain the same. But, I think for the majority, it decreases as they get more money.
My theory behind this is people become emotionally attached to money they "earned." They just doubled up, which is what they came to do, and want to not lose it.
How to choose the right play in these dynamics? -Take notes on those that spew and-win yet keep spewing (or stop spewing). Then, on those that spew-lose and keep spewing (or stop spewing.)
It's up to me to decide whether or not they will be capable of continuing their spew even being emotionally attached.
Excel results of yesterdays grind:
88% Playing poker, 12% studying poker.
Spent the time studying by looking through my HEM at specific hands I play and their profit/loss, (not in the blinds).

The plan: Profitability.
Overview: Poker is my main source of income immediately. With that, whatever is my main source of income, I want to make the most I possibly can given the variables i have, such as: Time, Money, Skills, Assets, Liabilities, State of mind, Will power, and Health.
Run through of the above variables:
Time: My time is limited to time-off from class, sleep, hygiene and eating. Take that time, and subtract the time i spend with my girlfriend, time spent going to the gym, time spent doing homework, and time spent doing recreational activities like- going out to parties, time discussing things with my roomate, time playing games (non-poker), time texting/calling home-friends and time playing sports.
Time is Very limited.
Money: I have $1077 in my bank account, $30 On-hand cash, $514.37 on P-stars, $752.69 on GR88.com. Grand total of $2374.06 in which I have access to and control over. $1137 of which I have immediate access to. In direct bills, I have a $102 Cell phone bill due on 12/19.
Skills: I'm a poker player. I have skills in poker ranging from Sng's/MTT to micro stakes NLHE cash games. I have proven myself to be a comfortable winner in 3$ Sng's (18/27) and a marginal/uncomfortable winner in 5$ Sng's (18/27). I have proven myself to be a comfortable big winner at the 4$ 180 man's. I have proven myself to be a comfortable big winner at 10nl (all) cash games. I have proven myself to be a comfortable small winner at 25nl cash games (all). I have proven myself to be an uncomfortable marginal winner at 50nl short tables. I have proven myself to be able to put in 40k hands a month on P-stars, and achieve Platinum star at least once. I have proven myself to build small 50$-100$ bankrolls to 500-1k more than once. I have not proven myself to build a bankroll up to $3k. I have a strategy for larger tournaments, but have not proven to pull a profit at these.
Assests: I have the following assets: Desktop, and 24inch monitor. HEM. about 30 poker videos un-watched with no security on them. A bunch of poker books. A support group of poker players to discuss hands with. A healthy body for my age? A college dorm with access to unlimited food 2 times a day, A fixable xbox with games and controllers. college books. a cell-phone worth around 300$. about 100$ worth of an unused parking permit (refundable). Bank account, Poker B-roll. Pokerstove. Camtasia. Some card runners videos including 2 jared tendler vids and verneers vids-watchable. Mikogo. Phone app that allows me to read E-books.
Liabilities: School, all time associated with classes and test taking. Homework and project work. Time spent with Girlfriend daily. Cell phone bill. Time spent to go to church/youth group. Time spent eating/sleeping/hygienics. Time spent cleaning. Time spent at gym. Time spent studying poker.
State of mind: A-game, B-Game, C-Game, Tilt, boredom, laziness, Frustration, emotional state of mind (happy-sad etc.), sickness, healthiness.
Willpower: Level of motivation, Amount of drive, Amount of time being stuck on a problem/situation to be solved, the level of strength to push my self.
Health: Amount of time spent in gym. Hygiene. Girlfriend? Quality of food, Amount of food. Time allotted to Sickness. Sleeping schedule-Eating schedule. Aches and pains from grinding or everyday activities.
In order to increase Hourly wage/overall level of income I need to do the following:
Maximize playing time: Cut out areas of laziness/time lossed to not playing fully to potential. Be efficient in the start up/shutdown of sessions. Be efficient in homework/project work/school studying time. Keep poker studying to a balanced 80/20 ratio of playing/studying poker. Decrease my entertainment time and increase my utility from entertainment in that time period. Keep time dedicated to girlfriend and work balanced. I.E do not spend so much time working that time with girlfriend is negatively affected -vice versa.
Maximize Efficiency in session: Table selecting. Sit at the best tables. Multi-tabling: Find the balance where number of tables played and $/100 is at highest hourly wage rate. Work on multi-tabling and find the balanced area where you can play longer and still be playing your best. Work on A-Game, B-game, and learn to cut-out C-game. Avoid boredom at all costs, and disable frustrations when they start. Find the realization that certain emotions and tilt-ness are shedding light to irrational thinking. Cut out all other distractions when grinding. Close everything out except HEM, Site lobby, tables being played, and maybe PTR. Identify and strengthen Focus on the hands which require most thought first.
Maximize study time: Poker time will be split up between playing and studying at 80/20 ratio. Whatever time is spent on poker, 20% MUST be focused to studying. No exceptions. When skill increases to a point where studying is too much of an opportunity cost, find new profit maximization ratio of study/poker. Use excel spread sheet to tally/keep track of progress time spent. Cut out all time spent on 2+2/other sites from your "poker time" and assign this to other liability or remove completely (unless discussing hands in which will be spent in "study time")
Maximize study Efficiency: Study time will be spent on: discussing hands with group of poker friends, Watching videos, reading articles, listening to pod casts, reading/posting in forums, Sweat sessions, writing in journal, Session review, Pre sessions. Ratio of these will be determined to find balanced. Study time IS study time.
Minimize Break Time: I'm going to need breaks in between sessions at this point of my poker skill level. I can play multiple short sessions of say 45min-2 hours in length. I break after that. This break need to be minimized in order to maximize poker time. However, it needs to exist in order to maximize time played efficiency.
Maximize Break Efficiency: Whenever I am in break mode, I am in BREAK MODE. Whatever I decide is good in order to refresh my mind and get it to A-level game, Do it. Guide lines: Meditating, Focusing on the long run, removing negative thoughts and understand why they are their yet not allowing them to overcome your game, Eating, increasing energy levels, stretching, get the blood flowing again. Possible brain training video games. DON'T play video games in this period. Play the guitar. Be efficient, and get right back to the tables. Re-read goals for session and write new ones.
Set goals for each Session played, or Study time: Set shorter term goals for each session you play. Such goals will focus on areas which I feel uncomfortable in, or I feel the need to refine, or will focus on situations that are entirely new to me. Set goals for studying: Strive yourself to pick apart whatever is being studied. Always write down something new to you, and set a goal to learn that topic intensely.
Set goals for long-term success: These are the longer, hard to achieve goals. Such as yearly goals, Volume goals, and rarely profit goals.
